500 gms Rice
100 gm whole chickpeas (black)
100 gm urad dal whole
1 cup wheat
125 gms whole jowar seeds
45 gms corriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1) Roast each of the above ingredients separately on medium heat.
2) Mix the roasted ingredients and grind it to a coarse powder.
3) This powder is called Bhajani. It should be not be grounded to fine powder like wheat flour for chapati. It should be little coarse than the wheat flour.
