Homemade Banana Chips
1 raw banana
salt as per taste
red chili powder as per taste
oil for deep frying
1) Remove the skin of banana and cut it into thin slices.
2) Mix salt and red chili powder and add sliced banana.
3) In a kadhai heat oil for deep frying.
4) When the oil is hot add the banana slices and fryby turning them often.
5) Drain on an absorbent paper and serve with tea or coffee as a snack.
